Q.  What if the fabric I selected online looks different in person?

A. To ensure you won't be surprised when your ottoman arrives at your door, order fabric samples to make sure the colour, texture and weight of the fabric is just what you're looking for.

Q. What if I spill something on my ottoman?

A.  Our fabrics have been selected based on their beauty and durability.  All our curated fabrics are High Performance; intended to withstand the demands of everyday life.  They are designed to be stain and water repellant.

Care Instructions: 

Promptly treat spots and stains. For liquid spills, gently blot (don’t rub) spill immediately with an absorbent cloth while spill is still fresh. Work in a circular motion to lift stain. Do not rub excessively or you may cause fuzzing. For stubborn stains, use an approved cleaner, following the cleaning instructions provided below.

Cleaning Instructions

• Always pretest a small, inconspicuous area with cleaning agents.
• →  Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions for use of cleaning products (i.e. concentration, application method, contact time, use of PPE).
• →  Do not oversaturate the material; use small amounts of cleaning solution at a time and blot between applications. Liquids should never be pressed through the material and care should be taken to not let liquids pool at seams.

Q.  How do I know if the ottoman is the correct size?

A.  A great way to determine the size of the ottoman in your space is to use masking tape on the floor.  This will help you determine the ottoman size in your physical environment with other furnishings as well as traffic flow.

Q. What is your Return Policy?

WE OFFER RETURNS FOR OUR DESIGNER PILLOWS.

If you are not in love with your designer pillow from Ottomn, we will return your purchase for the full purchase price, using the original method of payment. You can return items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase.  Please note, because we offer free shipping at time of purchase - the return shipping is at the customer's expense.

WHY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES? - YOU MIGHT ASK..
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products. All of our ottomans are custom products as the customer selects the fabric, the colour and the style of ottoman.

Q. Do you offer a manufacturer's warranty? 

A. Yes! We offer a one year manufacturer's warranty which covers defects in materials and workmanship.
