WE OFFER RETURNS FOR OUR DESIGNER PILLOWS.

If you are not in love with your designer pillow from Ottomn, we will return your purchase for the full purchase price, using the original method of payment. You can return items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase.  Please note,  the return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Ottomn does not offer Exchanges, Returns or Refunds of any kind on our custom ottomans.

WHY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES? - YOU MIGHT ASK..
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products. All of our ottomans are custom products as the customer selects the fabric, the colour and the style of ottoman.

To be confident you have selected the perfect fabric and colour for your ottoman, please request a fabric sample prior to your order. This can be easily done from our website on the shopping page.
